My name is Brittney Ramsey, but my clients get to call me B.Sherrie or Coach B! I am the owner and lead stylist of B. Sherrie Designs. As an event planner and designer, I offer curated services that help clients bring their events to life by creating bold, innovative, colorful, and downright gorgeous experiences. And as a coach, I push my clients to learn the details of business management and create a balanced life full of color! My clients and their weddings have been featured on Munaluchi, Essence, BET, ABC, Black Bride, and the B Collective. Being a native of New Orleans means that I know exactly what it is to desire flavorful culture, raw authenticity, lavish experiences, and meaningful connections. Anyone that knows anything about New Orleans, knows us for our great music, cultured cuisine, art, fashion, and colorful celebrations. That energy has been with me since an early age and can still be seen in everything I do. My New Orleans drive and “be bold” attitude led me to plan my own wedding in 2014. Those moments reminded me that I was more creative, determined, and driven than I had allowed myself to be. Those moments empowered and inspired me - they gave me passion! Feeling inspired, I began helping family and friends plan and design their celebrations. I fell in love with storytelling through design and with the experience of seeing my visions come together gracefully. At that time, I had been a teacher for over 10 years and I knew that it was time for a change in my life. With the support of family, I put faith in God and my own talent to open B. Sherrie Designs in 2015. Since then, I have seen many transitions in both my personal life and in business. Each experience and transition has taught me to navigate the journey with grace and humility in the process. Being able to serve while showing up as my full creative, colorful, and genuine self is the vision in all that I do. With creative authenticity I can work with clients to curate experiences that boldly tell their stories, wow their guests, and create lasting memories from inquiry to send off. Although my love for New Orleans runs longer than the Mississippi River, creating memorable and breathe taking experiences in new destinations is what I love most! This journey has expanded my vision and how I view balance within my life and business....From event design to coaching, my goal is to help you turn bold ideas into a colorful masterpiece! Since 2015, I have continuously invested in my brand and learned the power of discovering my niche and expertise. Now, I honor my journey and all that I have learned by speaking to and teaching other entrepreneurs! My speeches and presentations are known to be engaging, inspirational, and most of all – entertaining. Through keynotes, virtual events, panels, retreats, and podcasts, I share my colorful wit, real world experience, and down to earth delivery with your audience. I am available to speak on topics like “work life balance for the self-employed”, “authenticity and empowerment”, “colorful industry design trends”, and “connecting with your audience.”
